From a Passion for Real Estate to Gurgaon's Most Trusted Luxury Advisor

I started my real estate journey over a decade ago with a simple observation โ€” Gurgaon's luxury corridor was exploding, but buyers were being misled by commission-hungry brokers, inflated prices, and projects that simply didn't deliver what they promised.

I decided to do it differently. I started Apexlandbase with one rule: only recommend what I'd personally buy. That meant visiting every project site, understanding every builder's track record, and giving clients an honest picture โ€” even if it meant losing a commission.

These relationships mean my clients get developer-direct pricing, priority floor selections, and access to pre-launch opportunities that aren't available to the general public.
